Production
The grapes (tsikouda or tsamboura) from the local varieties Thrapsathiri, Rozaki and the international variety Syrah, are mixed in specific proportions with the addition of water and finally distilled. The result comes to defend its name, Nami , which in the local Cretan dialect means afterlife.
