Varietal Origin
Vidiano Amariou, which is one of the oldest and most loved white grape varieties in Crete.
Character
The raki produced from this white variety has trapped the delicate aroma of the grape. Aromas of stone fruits and white flowers dominate.
Production
After undergoing a special treatment at low temperatures and with the addition of water, the pistils from Vidiano are distilled. After the distillation of the stems, Tsikoudia matures for 3-4 months in stainless tanks and remains there longer if necessary until it softens and develops all the aromas that characterize it. The result comes to defend its name, ROYAL .
