Varietal Origin
THRAPSATHIRI of Crete, which is a rare white grape variety grown on a few acres in Crete.
Character
The raki produced from this white variety has trapped the particularly delicate and delicate aroma of the grape. Aromas of exotic fruits dominate.
Production
The stems (tsikuda) from THRAPSATHIRI, after undergoing special treatment at low temperatures and with the addition of water, are distilled. After the distillation of the stems, Tsikoudia matures for 3-4 months in stainless tanks and remains there longer if necessary until it softens and develops all the aromas that characterize it. The result comes to defend its name, SUPREME .
